When you’re in Washington D.C., you’re welcome to share our office suite.
All Indiana University schools, departments, and alumni groups are welcome to use the facilities listed here, free of charge. All we ask is that you take the time to reserve your space first. You can reserve a space for an event using our online form to reserve our office work space.
If you need a place to work while in the Washington D.C. area, our landing office might provide the perfect solution.
It’s equipped with a desk, laptop, and phone. You can access the IU Secure network with your university passphrase. If you don’t have one, we'll give you a guest username and password.
Our conference room can be used for a wide variety of events, including meetings, dinners, and receptions.
It is 749 square feet and has 10 tables that are six feet long. The tables can be arranged in a variety of ways. An adjoining breakout area offers additional reception or registration space.
The tables can be configured into a rectangle that will seat 26 guests.
The conference room and breakout area can be combined to accommodate a standing reception for 125 to 150 guests.
The tables can be configured in a classroom style and can accommodate 20 guests, with space for an additional 36 chairs around the perimeter of the room.
The conference room tables can be arranged in a variety of ways to accommodate your group, or you can rent round tables from a caterer to seat 50 to 60 guests.

In addition to wireless access, the conference room offers a large 4' x 8' video screen—complete with all the features of the IU video systems found on our campuses.
The conference room opens onto a breakout area that contains a bar, kitchen, and work area for caterers.
Note that the kitchen contains a refrigerator and sink, but no stove.
