As a member of the IU family, we hope you’ll consider the IU Chicago Advancement Center your home base in the Chicagoland area.

Whether you’re simply looking for a place to sit and get some work done or a space to hold a donor event, we’ve got you covered. While you’re here, feel free to make use of our full-service printer/copier/fax machine and the office supplies in our supply room.

And just in case you need more incentive to visit us, we also offer free or discounted parking, secure wifi, and a kitchenette stocked with water, soda, and coffee.

Inside our suite on the 30th floor at 125 S. Wacker Drive, you can make use of a variety of event spaces and room configurations.

We have one private, fully equipped office with a desk, laptop docking station and phone. We have a conference room that can seat up to 12 guests.  Our open event or working space accomodates up to 50 people and can be set up in a multitude of ways to host meetings, dinners and receptions. 

You can also rent three conference rooms of various sizes on our buidling’s second floor.
